Happiness is something that everyone wants. Just to be happy. But often happiness feels out of reach. Even when you think you should be happy there’s just something stopping you from reaching that happiness.
There may be negative thoughts going round your head like “I don’t deserve to be happy” or “Being happy wouldn’t last anyway” or “I’ve never been happy” There may be things that are getting in the way of your happiness or maybe you just don’t know how to get what you want to be happy.
Knowing what you want, creating a goal or future challenge and then achieving it can bring a huge amount of happiness to your life.
I work with individuals to help them create that goal, work towards it, remove any obstacles that may get in the way and then help them achieve what they want.
Happiness also comes from within. Being stuck in the past, being held back from negative experiences, going over things that have upset you or feeling bad about yourself will impact on your happiness.
I work with individuals to help them get rid of these negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that they can begin to be Happy.
When you have done something a certain way for so long it can be hard to change. You know it’s not doing you any good and you know you want different results but finding a new way of thinking or a new strategy in which to do things is often tricky.
It’s the same with facing fears, making difficult decisions and finding self and belief and confidence. It can be hard to find the strength to take the first step. Having someone to help you take that first step could be the turning point for you to make these changes in your life.
When your life starts moving in the direction you want it to go, you begin to feel you have control, you begin to feel strong.
When you have this internal strength you can build on it and you are able to cope better with what life may throw at you. You build up your resilience.
I work with individuals to find their inner strength, build resilience and ultimately be Strong.
Over time, your emotions and feelings can get tangled up and sometimes you can’t make sense of them. Sometimes, past events, decisions and beliefs can hold you back in your life. You want to move on and move forward but something gets in the way.
There may be some negative behaviours, thoughts and fears linked to the past or past experiences. Or maybe your thoughts and feelings are so tied up you are not sure how to unravel them so you can move on.
I work with individuals to help them release any negative emotions linked to the past or past experiences. I help to unravel these emotions and find the root cause of any presenting issues, negative behaviours or problems. Once the root cause is identified emotional blocks can be removed and you can begin to feel free from your negative emotions.
Of course, not everything is deep rooted. Sometimes just having someone to guide, support and give you a gentle push is all you need to feel free!

Sessions are client led and it is important to have flexibility to achieve the best results possible.
